Classes are currently scheduled January through April and September through December. Our chefs demonstrate their expertise cooking on the Big Green Egg and a selection of gas grills. Chef John Pivar continues his 7th year of classes on Thursday nights. Chef David Lewis starts his series of classes on Tuesday nights. Class themes have been selected for each scheduled class, and actual items being taught will be decided based on best available products.
